In a recent publication entitled ‘Bioeconomy ERA-Net Actions’, the First ERA-CAPS call is given as an example of strengthening international coordination.

For this call, the NSF (USA) and ERA-CAPS Consortium signed a Memorandum of Understanding, allowing for transatlantic collaboration between plant scientists through joint funding.  The publication is a result of the PLATFORM project, an EU funded initiative aimed at networking the Knowledge Based Bioeconomy (KBBE) relevant ERA-NETs.  The brochure provides a comprehensive and detailed overview of all the on-going bioeconomy-related ERA-NET actions.  A factsheet on ERA-CAPS can be found on page 115-116, while ERA-PG, its predecessor, is found on page 44.  To view or download the full publication, click here.
