ERA-CAPS Third call pre-announced

The ERA-CAPS network is pleased to pre-announce the launch of its third Transnational Call for Proposals for Collaborative Research Projects on June 23rd, 2016. The Call is entitled: “Europe-USA Call strengthening transnational research in the Molecular Plant Sciences” and the Call Notice will be published at www.eracaps.org and respective sources of information. The purpose of this pre-announcement is to enable interested parties to build their consortia and start preparing their proposals. The call for pre-proposals will close on the 28th of September 2016, 12.00 CET. Read more

All Presentations Second Grant Holders’ Workshop now available

The Second ERA-CAPS Grant Holders’ Workshop was organised by FCT on 7-8 May 2015 in Lisbon.The Workshop formed the kick-off event for projects funded under the 2nd Call and allowed projects funded under the 1st
Call to show their ongoing work, with the important aim of promoting network in the field of Plant Science. Under the two calls,the 26 best ranked transnational projects, involving 125 research teams from 12 different countries, were recommended for funding by the ERA-CAPS call consortium. A total of 41.7 M€ will hence be invested in plant science research at the transnational level over the coming years. Read more

ERA-CAPS network mentioned in EIP AGRI publication

A recent publication by the European Innovation Partnership for Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability (EIP AGRI) includes a description and map of the ERA-CAPS Network. The title of the publication is: “Research & Innovation across EU borders - Finding your way through networking and cooperation initiatives in agriculture and forestry”. Read more
